Shipping and Delivery

Our products are handcrafted and shipped from Ukraine.

We understand that some customers may have concerns about receiving parcels from a country currently at war.

Our workshop is based in Vinnytsia, a city located in the central part of Ukraine, far from the front lines. Railways and road transportation operate normally. However, air transportation within Ukraine is currently unavailable.

So, how do we ship internationally?

Depending on the shipping company, parcels are transported by road or rail to Poland. From there, they are sent by air to destinations around the world.

A few notes about packaging:

1.To reduce international shipping costs, we may bend the stems of long-stemmed items (like decorative balls) before packaging.
2.If you order a set of 2–3 items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on their size and shape.

Examples:
• If you order a floor vase and a round wall decor piece, they will be shipped separately due to volume differences.
• If you order a floor vase and a small flower vase, they will likely be shipped together.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order.

You can ship the item to either our fulfillment center in Florida, USA or to our warehouse in Ukraine. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition—undamaged and unused.
